No member of the practice, patient or member of the public attending the practice will be discriminated against.
- Patients aged 16 to 75 are entitled to a consultation every 3 years – aged over 75 every 12 months
- Threatening, abusive or violent behaviour will result in immediate removal from our patient list
- Be on time for your appointment
- Tell us if you need to cancel an appointment
