Our Practice is part of a PCN, called Greater Derby PCN, which consists of local practices.
Being part of a PCN offers our practice, and our patients access to additional services, such as the home visiting service and additional appointments at the Urgent Treatment Centre in Derby.
Another service available to us is our Patient Reports and Subject Access Request team.
This team is available to our practice to complete requests such as medical reports and insurance forms, on our behalf. We will always send a message requesting your consent to send the report to this team, which will often be able to complete your report quicker than what we would be able to provide within the practice. It also allows our clinicians to focus more time on clinical matters.
The team consists of medical administrators, as well as a local Doctor to complete the reports .
Typical waiting times are currently between 6-8 weeks.
If you do not wish our PCN team to complete the report on our behalf, you have the option to dissent to the sharing of information, please be aware that this may mean the report could take longer to complete.
