Please also note that we can only deal with General Enquiries via this email address. We cannot accept medical or clinical queries for the Doctors via email, you will need to make an appointment for a face to face or telephone consultation. Nor can we accept requests for appointments via email.

If you are sending information that needs to be included in a medical record please make sure you also give us the name, date of birth and address of the patient.
