Enhanced access

Park Lane Surgery is working with 16 other practices to provide a GP extended access service. Together we are a community interest company called Primary Care Plus. To better support the needs of our patient population.

The service is available:

  • Monday to Friday: 6:30pm to 8pm
  • Saturday and Sunday: 8am to midday

There will be a wide range of services available from GP appointments to advanced nurse practitioners appointments along with a range of clinics for dressings, phlebotomy (blood taking), smear clinics, long term condition clinics (Asthma, COPD and Diabetes) and specialised asthma clinics in conjunction with Royal Derby Hospital.

All appointments can be booked by phone through our reception team.

  • The nearest hub is at Park Farm Medical Centre, but certain appointments will be available from the other hubs across Derby.
