Our fantastic Patient Participation Group would like to invite you to attend this free event for everyone on Monday 21st October 2024 from 12pm until 2pm. This will be held at Darley Abbey Village Hall; our very own Dr Parkes will be attending to give flu vaccinations (to our patients only), taking your blood pressure and to talk about any health issues or concerns you may have.
Our Social Prescribers Ellie and Sean will be there along with an impressive array of people, all in attendance to provide help and support to you all. For more information, please see the poster below.
