Due to the space limitations within our surgery and COVID-19, we have decided to host our flu clinic externally at the Darley Abbey Village Community Hall. This will allow us to maximise social distance between one another and create a one-way-system to minimise risk.
There will be future clinics hosted at Park Lane Surgery for those that cannot make these clinics, please regularly check our website and Facebook for updates.
Who can book?
We will initially be inviting any patients who are aged 65 or over and are at risk; these invites will be sent within the first week of September. Appointments will then be made available to all patients aged 65 or over; please keep checking our website or Facebook page for more information on when these become available.
Aged 18-64 and clinically at risk
We will be sending invitations out to all those who are at risk. These invites will be sent via text message where possible, so ensure we have the correct information for you on record.

The flu vaccine may be given to those aged 50-64 who are not ‘at risk’ a later date. Guidance will be available later in the year.
No invitation?
If you think you are within an at risk group but have not received an invitation, please submit a query via our website. If you do not have internet access, please call 01332 552461, where one of our administrative team can investigate this for you.
Aged Under 18 and clinically at risk
You will be receiving an invitation in September.
Aged 2-3
All eligible children should have now received an invitation.
This is a nasal vaccine.
