We are now able to offer a limited amount of appointments for COVID Booster Vaccinations here at the surgery.
Currently, the only date we have available for these is Tuesday 28th December.
Appointments are available on a first-come first-served basis.
Once this clinic is fully booked, patients are advised to call 119 or attend the walk-in clinic at Midland House in Derby, DE1 2SA.
We are doing all we can to offer appointments here at the surgery to as many of our patients as possible.
